Very easy install, and it works really well. I bought two, the first one for hanging bikes and the second for camping chairs, brolly bags and beach tent. Just make sure you have a straight cross bar if using it for bikes, mine is on an angle which means the bike slips slightly, but still works fine.

How did you find the fitting / install? 10 minutes with a drill, small hammer, spirit level and screw driver. Is it easy to use? Flip arms down, hang bike. Take off bike, flip up arms. Is the quality of the item good? I only have an 8kg road bike. I don't imagine it will have too much holding it. Raw plugs and screws are of good quality. Would you recommend the item, overall? Yes, its a perfect fold away horizontal space saving bike hanger.
